COURSE DETAILS: Our presentation will give loan officers information and insight into the Kaka’ako area development and the hundreds of new condo purchasers over the coming years. First-time buyers will need to start now to build up their financial knowledge and address mortgage qualification challenges so they can be ready when it’s time to buy. We’ll present in 90 minutes hilghlights of our 9 hour curriculum content and how it’s been helping new buyers to accelerate their homeownership opportunities. Also, learn about possible assistance programs, unique financing opportunities and hear some real-life stories too.
